Baked Cheesy Corn Bread Baskets | Bread Recipe | Kids Recipe | Snack Recipe| Super easy delicious snack time recipe, specially loved by your little ones. The Bread Baskets are loaded with corns, veggies and topped with your favourite mozzarella cheese. Thanks for watching🙏_____________________ Here's the Method: -Take 6 bread pieces and cut them in round shape with help of a katori or a cookie cutter. -Flatten the bread pieces. Keep them aside. - Meanwhile preheat the oven for about 10mins. -In a bowl, add boiled golden corns, capsicum, tomato and onion (1/4cup each) and a little bit of tomato ketchup. -Fit the flattened bread pieces into the Muffin Cups getting folds because these are bigger than the cups. - Sprinkle equal amount of filling in each basket and top them with mozzarella cheese. - Bake the baskets for 10mins at 180°C or till the cheese melts. - Once baked completely, serve hot with your favourite mayonnaise and ketchup.
