एक पटक येसरी बनाएर हेर्नुहोस म म को अचार आरु सबैको स्वाद बिर्सनुहुनेछ:
First of all let’s boil the dried chilies (10-15)
If you don’t like too spicy, you can remove the seeds from chilies
Boil 2 medium size tomatoes as well
Let it boil for 2-3 minutes
Let it be cool down
Put tomatoes and dried chilies into a blender jar
Add small size ginger
3 garlic cloves
Add ½ tbsp Sichuan pepper (timur)
Add salt as per the taste
Blend everything
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan
Add blended paste in a pan
cook for 2- 3 minutes
squeeze the ½ lime or lemon juice
give it a good stir
Cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the sauce has thickened
You can store this achaar at least for 3-4 weeks
Serve this with warm momo
