(87) Blue Starburst Triptych ~ Masking tape Acrylic Pour~ Dutch Pour. Hello all, I'm back with another Acrylic Pour painting. Today's video is a Blue Starburst Triptych, a Masking Tape Acrylic Pour. I used Scotch masking tape to make 3 sections on a 80 x 30cm canvas. I then sealed the edges with acrylic paint and allowed to dry for 24 hours. I have been wanting to try out a Starburst Dutch Pour for a while and I decided I'd go for something a bit different. For this acrylic pour triptych I used mainly blues with some gold and white. I love using different fluid art techniques and Dutch pouring is one of my favourites. I am really enjoying the masking pours, its an effective way to create a triptych on one canvas.
