Bihari kabab is a popular street food in Bihar and Kolkata, India. Bihari kebabs are made with thinly sliced fillets of meat, that is tenderized using raw papaya and finished off with Bbq method ... Ingredients: 1.Mutton 1 kg 2.Raw papaya 4tbsp 3.Ginger paste 2-1/2tbsp 4.salt 1tbsp 5.Red chilli powerd 2tbsp 6.Kashmiri red chilli powder 1tbsp 7. Garam masala powder 2tbsp 8.Mustard oil 1/2cup 9.coconut 2tbsp 10.poppy seed 5tbsp 11.Oil step by step process :: 1.In First marinatio Mix the ginger n raw papaya paste into a mutton cover it and rest it for about 2 hour. 2.After 2 hour again marinate for about an hour with all the other spices like salt , Red chilli powerd ,Kashmiri red chilli powder ,Garam masala powder ,Mustard oil ,coconut and poppy seed . 4.Then skew the thin strip of lamb meat into skewers (seekh) tightly.   3.Once done , Place the skewers over the barbecue for 30 minutes. Keep it turning after every 15 minutes. Once cooked, serve it with red onion and lemon . 5. Now your delicious kabab is ready to serve with onion.
