Follow us on : https://www.instagram.com/foodvillabymamtamanisha/ https://www.facebook.com/FoodVillaa Ingredients : (Serves – 4 people) 200 gms of paneer 3 tbsp oil 2 medium size onion 1 tbsp chopped garlic Few ginger juliennes 1 green chilli (slit) 2 medium size tomatoes 1 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder Salt according to taste ½ tsp garam masala powder ½ bowl of water ½ tbsp. kasoori methi Few chopped coriander leaves paneer bhurji kaise banaen,paneer bhurji banavani rit, ,how to make paneer bhurji at home,how to make paneer bhurji at home in hindi, how to make paneer bhurji in hindi, paneer ki sabji, how to cook tofu,indian scrambled tofu,how to make paneer bhurji dhaba style, ढाबा स्टाईल मसालेदार पनीर भुर्जी METHOD : • Take 200 gms of paneer and crush it nicely and keep it aside. • Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and add 2 medium size onions (thinly sliced).Cook this onion on medium flame until it turns pink in color. • Once onion becomes light pink add 1 tbsp chopped garlic,few ginger juliennes,1 green chilli (slit).Cook everything alongwith onion. • Add 2 medium size tomatoes (fine chopped), 1 tsp red chilli powder,½ tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp garam masala powder and salt according to taste.Mix everything well. • Add ½ bowl of water and cook this masala on low-medium flame for 5 min • After around 5 min add the crushed paneer and mix it well with the masala.Mash the paneer well. • Add ½ tbsp. kasoori methi,few chopped coriander leaves and allow it to cook on low flame for 2 min.
