    day 1: my arms are burning as i finished the set. I hope to achieve a great result by the end of the month.
    day 2 alrights! Did this before going to bed this night (06/20/23) at least, i didn' t skip this day go mj!
    day 3 i finished the set and i feel amazing i' m really hoping for a great result after doing this for at least a month
    day 4 i unfortunately skipped this day as i was away yesterday, i had a sleepover to make our research and i had no time to do it
    day 5 but i' m back on the track today my arms still burn while doing these exercises and i think the result will gonna be lit

    @EXOWIMOO7 months ago I didnt expect to feel it this much. I kinda " just threw it in" as a bonus, but i was close to breaking point at some parts.
    s so good about it is that you change thein the exercises, so the muscles get some rest before it' s too difficult.
    the routine was easy to follow along as well, especially since i know a lot of the exercises from dumbell workouts.

    day 1: definitely burned! Already two mins in and my arms are dead, but day 2: man, did that burn. But it got a little bit better and i' m starting to notice a change in my arms.
    day 3: i can definitely see a change in my arms. It still burned just a bit tho
    day 4: it still burns but it' s a lot more slimmer

    day2: i had a long day, but i had to do this before bed.
    i still felt the burn
    day3: this time, i did my best to try and take fewer breaks, though my arms were on fire but i love the burn!
    day4: i had a really long day but i couldn' t sleep without doing this. So this time, i forced myself to take no breaks, but i took 2 to 3 breaks. The burn was still there
    day5: took no breaks, still felt the burn
    day6: still took no breaks though the burn wasn' t as before but it was still there

    day 1 (16/11) i only stopped on the fourth exercise, neede id="hidden40"d 5 seconds. I really hate the exercises where i need to keep my arms up lol but not counting this one i did everything! D
    day 2 (19/11) so, i skipped two days sorry, i was too busy and when i had time to do the exercises i used it to rest but here i am! And today i did everything without any breaks!
