This Video is about Chicken Deworming by Dr. Arshad. Symptoms of worms in chickens Chickens are losing weight. Bloody diarrhoea. Pale and/or dry combs. Chickens puffing up while sitting. Chickens may be less active. Chickens stop laying eggs. I would say your 8-10 week old birds could be wormed if you see Worms in Chicken Droppings, Lines over Egg Shell or Worms inside A Dead Chicken's Intestine or over the Body Cavity. The frequency of worming depends on the risks of your birds picking up worms. If you have lots of chickens on land which has housed birds for a long time then the risks of picking up worms are high and chickens should be wormed about every 3 months. Since more parasites survive, the potential for a worm overload in chickens increases, and therefore more aggressive parasite control and deworming measures are needed. Each worm species has one of two types of parasitic life cycles: direct and indirect. #PoultryDeworming #ChickenDeworming #DrArshad #DoctorArshad
