Toaster Oven Chocolate Crinkles Chocolate Crinkles is perfect holiday treat or gift to friends and family. No one can resist a chocolate crinkle it’s deliciously soft, fudge-like chocolate cookies, then covered with a snow like confectioner sugar. Previous Cooking Video: “ How To Make Lumpiang Shanghai (Spring Rolls)"" /watch/oSg_H-CYhQiY_ Follow us on Instagram: schannel21 Toaster Oven Chocolate Crinkles Recipe Ingredients 2 cups all-purpose-flour 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 ½ cup white sugar 2 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt 1 tsp instant coffee 2 tsp vanilla ½ cup vegetable oil 4 eggs 1 cup confectioner sugar Procedure 1. In a bowl combine together flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well and set aside. 2. In another bowl mix together cocoa powder, sugar, instant coffee and vegetable oil. Beat eggs one at a time. Then stir in the vanilla. 3. Add the flour mixture to the cocoa mixture and mix. Cover it with cling wrap and chill in the ref for four hours. 4. Preheat oven toaster for 10-15 minutes. 5. Scoop a teaspoon of the dough mixture and roll into a one inch ball. Coat with confectioner sugar and place in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 6. Bake gradually (set timer for 5 minutes). If it still not done set timer for another 5 minutes. 7. Turn your toaster oven selector to bake at the bottom so it won’t melt all the confectioner sugar on top. Always check what you’re baking on the oven toaster even its not time yet to ensure that is not over bake. 8. It’s okay if the chocolate crinkle is a little bit under bake or a little bit soft to touch it would still bake while still cooling on the wire rack. Doing it that way will produce soft and fudgy chocolate crinkles. * With this method you can be sure that it won’t burn what you’re baking in the toaster oven, since toaster oven bake faster than a conventional oven.
