Baking simple cake at home
Ingredients:
* 4 large eggs
* 1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar
* 2 cups (240 grams) all-purpose flour
* 2 teaspoon cooking oil
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add milk powder and beat.
3. Add flour and salt and wisk together. Gradually mix until just combined.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
